At the beginning of this year, with the grid-connected power generation of 7 135MW units of Morowali unit of Indonesian Giant Nickel Industry, SCIYON has also entered the eighth year of the construction of Indonesia Delong Industrial Park, from the initial construction of a barren to the current growth and rise, the two sides are moving towards the construction of a high-level "Belt and Road" benchmarking project on the road.

Positive response: The Belt and Road shared win-win common development
As a key project of the Belt and Road Initiative jointly built by China and Indonesia and a national strategic project of Indonesia, Indonesia Delong Industrial Park located in Indonesia's Sulawesi Island is the first overseas nickel-iron and stainless steel industrial park led by China's Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry. In the first phase, China First Heavy Group invested $1 billion to build a nickel-iron smelting project with an annual output of 600,000 tons. In the second phase, Xiamen Xiangyu Group invested 2 billion US dollars to build an annual output of 3 million tons of nickel-iron stainless steel integrated smelting project. The third phase of the project is wholly invested by Jiangsu Delong Nickel Co., LTD., which is located in North Morovali, Sulawesi Island. It is planned to build a production line with an annual output of 1.8 million tons of nickel-iron, and be equipped with its own power plant, wharf and other auxiliary facilities.

Since its establishment in 2014, Indonesia Delong Industrial Park has been built into a large-scale industrial park with a total area of more than 7,000 hectares and 40,000 employees from China and Indonesia. It has created more job opportunities while bringing nickel-iron processing and production technology to Indonesia, and has made great contributions to Indonesia's industrial upgrading, economic development and environmental protection.

In 2015, at the beginning of the construction of Indonesia Delong Industrial Park, with rich overseas engineering implementation experience and leading technical products, SCIYON won the bid for the first phase of Indonesia Delong Industrial Park project to provide DEH control system.
Based on the high-quality products and services of the first phase of the project, we have established a good cooperation. In 2019, SCIYON won the bid again for the DCS system of the 2×125MW+6×135MW+2×380MW generator set of Delong Nickeliron Industrial Park Phase II, and the DCS system of the waste heat generator set of the steel mill.

The 380MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit of OSS Industrial Park is the first energy-saving and emission-reduction unit in Indonesia. It adopts supercritical, single-reheat, condensing steam turbine and supercritical variable pressure operation DC furnace (circulating fluidized bed combustion mode). Compared with the commonly used models, the efficiency of the supercritical unit is increased by about 4.58%, the investment is only increased by about 6.3%, and the economic benefits are remarkable. SCIYON adopts selfdeveloped NT6000 DCS system and DEH system to help it realize automatic control of the whole plant, and has the functions of coordinated control of machine and furnace, one-time frequency modulation, etc., which plays an important role in energy saving and efficiency improvement of the unit. The project will be put into operation successfully in February 2022.
In June 2020, Indonesia Delong Phase III Giant Shield Nickel Project 8×135MW+4×300MW project began construction. With the high recognition of the owner, the DCS, DEH system and execution mechanism of the third phase project once again all adopted SCIYON products.
SCIYON provides an integrated solution for the DCS system of the main workshop, the DCS system of the auxiliary workshop and the turbine electro-hydraulic regulation system (DEH) of the whole plant, realizing seamless integration and efficient collaboration among multiple systems, fundamentally solving the pain points such as inconvenient operation and maintenance caused by multiple control systems of the whole plant, laying a solid foundation for the safe, stable and economic operation of the power plant. To provide efficient and safe energy security for giant Shield Nickeliron. At present, units 1-7 of the project have been smoothly put into operation, and the 8#135MW units and 4×300MW units are being promoted in an orderly manner.

Such a huge international cooperation project involves many participating units, language barrier and complex network, which brings great difficulties to the SCIYON project implementation team. At the same time, the on-site accommodation conditions are limited, the surrounding environment is complex, and the impact of the epidemic has made the conditions very difficult.
