Shenneng Heyuan Power (Heyuan) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Energy Group Co., LTD., responsible for the production and operation management of the 2×600MW ultra-supercritical unit of the first phase of Guangdong Heyuan Power Plant and the 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical unit of the second phase. With a total installed capacity of 3200MW, Heyuan Power Plant is one of the largest thermal power generation bases in Guangdong Province. All along, Shenneng Heyuan Power Plant has been actively exploring the digital transformation. In the first phase of the 2×600MW ultra-supercritical unit, the Group OA, ERP, Tongda OA, two ticket system and other office services have been launched. However, with the operation of the 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical unit in the second phase of the project, the original systems have problems such as scattered use, difficult data transmission within the system, cumbersome operation of individual systems, and incomplete statistical query of production data reports in the later period, which has been difficult to meet the production operation management needs under the expansion of production scale and business volume.
In this context, Shenneng Group innovatively proposed to adopt the joint operation mode for Heyuan Power Plant Phase I to reduce staff and increase efficiency. After a series of evaluation and investigation, it cooperated with SCIYON to build a unified production management system to coordinate the followup production and operation management of Heyuan Power Plant Phase I.
