Baofeng, Ningxia: 3 million tons/year coal coking polygeneration project
Ningxia Baofeng is located in the domestic first-class Ningxia Ningdong coal Chemical Industry base. After more than ten years of construction and development, it has built the largest and most complete industrial chain of "coal, coke, gas, methanol, olefin, polyethylene, polypropylene, fine chemical, new energy" integrated high-end coal-based new material circular economy industrial cluster.
The project covers each section of coal coking, the main construction contents include coal storage and blending system, coking system (including wet quenching coke, coke screening, ground dust removal station, coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification), gas purification and recovery system.
Efficient data acquisition:This project is based on environmental protection, technology and public auxiliary integration project, involving 10 cabinets, 4 control rooms, 80 multi-sided cabinets, I/O points more than 23,000 points, through the flexible decentralized layout of SCIYON NT6000 DCS control system and rich data acquisition interface, the data acquisition rate of the project is > 99%.
Multi-system linkage control:the project combines the process requirements of various coking conditions and the actual production needs of Baofeng to realize the multi-linkage between DCS system and the five coke oven trucks, and also provides the control of the dust removal fan on the machine side and the coke side. The fan frequency can be automatically adjusted in real time when the coal loading truck and the coke pushing car operate, and the coke quenching and dust removal bin can be automatically opened in real time.
One key start of coal preparation and coke screening section:Through the one key control of coal preparation and coke screening section, it can realize the sequential start and stop of the belt, safety interlock protection, the first indication of fault stop, etc., while ensuring the safe and stable operation of the device, it can promote the reduction of staff and increase efficiency with automatic production.
Ningxia Runfeng: 100,000 tons of annual synthetic ammonia DCS+SIS+GDS control system and air separation DCS project
Ningxia Runfeng is located in the domestic first-class Ningxia Ningdong coal Chemical base, covering a total area of 1000 mu, Runfeng Technology has always been based on strong strength and R & D ability. In order to further develop the company, improve product diversification, to meet the market supply and demand. In 2021, Runfeng Technology is preparing to establish an annual output of 100,000 tons of synthetic ammonia project, which will be put into operation in June 2022.
The process involved in this project is relatively complex, the raw materials of the product need to be reacted under specific conditions such as pressure, temperature and catalyst, and then the final product is processed through a series of subsequent sections. SCIYON undertook the design, implementation and commissioning of DCS, SIS and GDS systems of synthesis, air separation, PSA compressor, tank farm and other sections in the project.
