9H! Connect! SCIYON & Shenzhen Energy to create a new benchmark for H-class gas turbine intelligent control!

Recently, SCIYON won the bid for the intelligent decentralized control system project of 3×600MW 9H class gas-steam combined cycle generator set of Shenzhen Energy Guangming Power Base.

This is another major breakthrough for SCIYON following several 9H-class gas turbine projects such as Yuedian Marina Bay and Yuedian Daya Bay, further consolidating SCIYON's leading position in the field of heavy-duty gas turbine combined cycle control system, and comprehensively helping the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to build the world's clean energy utilization demonstration Bay Area.

As a major project in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen as well as a key project to crack the power gap in the central and western parts of Shenzhen, Shenzhen Energy Guangming Power Base Project is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Three H-class gas-steam combined cycle units will be built in the current period, and two H-class gas units will be reserved for long-term expansion, with a total installed capacity of 3,600MW. After the completion of the project, it will effectively enhance the power supply security capacity and system peak load balancing capacity of Guangdong Province, and help the Greater Bay Area achieve the clean energy transformation and dual-carbon goals.

SCIYON will provide the NT6000 intelligent decentralized control system (ICS) for the project, and configure the fieldbus to realize the high-performance control of the whole range and whole process of the unit.

The project integrates the ICS intelligent control system. Based on the DCS system, it fully integrates intelligent perception, big data analysis, advanced control and other technologies to realize the five functions of intelligent analysis, intelligent monitoring, intelligent alarm, intelligent operation and intelligent control of the unit. To realize the deep mining and analysis of production data, timely and comprehensive control of unit operation, improve system monitoring performance, reduce the failure rate of equipment, ensure unit operation efficiency, and finally realize the gas unit "intelligent monitoring panel, less people on duty".

Intelligent way to control risk and increase efficiency: Automatic start-stop control system (APS)

The combined cycle power plant undertakes the task of peak regulation, and the start-stop operation is frequent, and the risk is high. The project is equipped with automatic start and stop system APS, which not only greatly reduces the operation intensity of the operator, but also makes the unit start and stop standardized and standardized to ensure the safety and stability of the unit start and stop.

Open, reliable and more intensive: Fieldbus control system (FCS)

The project adopts the whole plant fieldbus technology, which improves the safety and reliability, reduces the system investment, improves the transmission accuracy, and improves the integration and intelligence of the field equipment.

In the future, SCIYON will continue to focus on low-carbon, innovative research and development, and work with more groups such as Shenzhen Energy and Guangdong Energy to jointly promote the localization and intelligence of the gas-steam combined cycle generator set control system, so as to achieve high-quality development for the transformation and upgrading of China's energy industry and make greater contributions to the realization of the dual-carbon goal.
